Cancellation policy
At Renée Materials Ltd (trading as Renee Materials), all purchases made on our website are one-time transactions. We do not offer subscription services, recurring billing arrangements, or automatic renewals.
Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible at:
If your order has not yet been processed or prepared for dispatch, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy will apply.
Custom-Cut & Made-to-Order Items
Orders for custom-cut or made-to-order materials (including fabric cut to a specific requested length) begin processing shortly after purchase.
Once preparation or cutting has commenced, these items cannot be cancelled.
Custom-cut or personalised items are exempt from cancellation rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations unless faulty.
After Delivery
For eligible non-custom items, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer law. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
