We accept returns and offer refunds within 14 days from the delivery date if the product received is damaged or different from the one requested, and this information was not disclosed earlier and if it is not due to the nature of reclaimed materials.

Nature of reclaimed materials: Please note that as providers of reclaimed materials, each piece in our inventory is unique. While we make every effort to choose items that align with the purchaser's preferences when specified, the inherent nature of reclaimed materials means that variations in size, colour, and texture may occur. We strive to accurately represent our products through images, but it's important to understand that the item received may not always be identical to the one pictured.

Specific Colour or Texture Information: Unless the colour or texture is explicitly stated in the product's description, variations are expected due to the nature of reclaimed materials. We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions and contacting us if you have specific colour preferences.

Initiating a Refund and Return
